TESTIMONIALS

23 June 2009

Dear Gary,

On behalf of Ascot Racecourse and myself, please pass on our thanks to the band for performing at the five days of Royal Ascot 2009. They greatly added to the atmosphere on the lawns and we had some really positive feedback during the week.

I think it was especially apparent that the professional band was needed in this area to entertain the crowds before racing and the band definitely kept the crowds amused.

I hope you and the band enjoyed your week at Royal Ascot and I look forward to working with you in the future.

Yours sincerely,

Vicky Glenister
Marketing Manager

Dear Gary,

Beverly and I would like to thank you for the most marvellous music that you provided recently for the most marvellous music that you provided recently for our Wedding at Claridge's.

You know full well, that I was worried prior about the event, but I should have listened to you because "you knew best!".

Neville Skellly was absolutely fantastic and we think the balance of having a DJ afterwards worked extremely well.

Everybody commented on the band and as you saw everybody was dancing most of the night.

Everything was done in a most professional manner and out our heartfelt thanks goes to both you and Juan, for everything tat you did to make the night the roaring success that it was.

I did bump into Juan recently, and expressed my gratitude to him personally, it was really nice meeting you guys, and perhaps once we have finished travelling backwards and forwards to France, the two of you could come over to the house for either lunch or dinner depending on when you are free.

We will certainly be in touch with you after we return from France.

Kindest regards to both of you,
Yours sincerely,

ANDREW MICHAELS

Dear Gary,

We are writing to express our sincerest thanks to you for your valued contribution to The British Soap Awards 2001.

The pre-show reception plays a vital role, allowing our guests to relax and enjoy themselves after their journey, yet also creating a real sense of excitement for the evening ahead. We hope you enjoyed yourself as much as we all did.

The overall success of an event of this magnitude depends upon each element working in harmony with the others. The fact that this year's Awards has been such an amazing triumph, is a tribute to your involvement. The ceremony received a 52% audience share, which makes it the biggest entertainment show this year.

From all of us here at Cactus TV - a great, big Thank You.

Kind regards,

Amanda Ross - Producer

Robert High - Production Co-ordinator

Dear Gary

Just a quick note to thank you, and of course the rest of the band for a brilliant performance at the P1 launch

By the end of the night you had the whole place swinging!!

We would love to work with you again and as soon as we have a suitable function you'll be the first to know.

Thanks once again and please pass on my thanks and best wishes to all members of the band.

Kind regards,

Mat Rawlins

Dear Gary,

Just to say I thought the band was fantastic and you really went down a storm with the audience. How many other people can say that they got Richard and Judy up to sing happy birthday to Martine McCutcheon?! They obviously set a high standard as although loads of people offered to get up and sing - nobody had the bottle to do it!

I hope the evening was just as enjoyable for you too and I hope that we will have the opportunity to work together again soon. Will you pass on my thanks and best wishes to all the members of the band.

Kind regards,

Jacqui Moore - Production Co-ordinator

Dear Miss Grey,

Now and then the mail includes a letter that brings special warmth to the day. I am so pleased that you had such a delightful time in the Georgian restaurant and enjoyed listening to the Piano music played by Gary Parkes. He is truly a very talented musician and thoroughly enjoys playing for his many friends and customers at Harrods.

I am pleased to forward your letter to Mr. Al Fayed, I am sure he will be pleased to recognize Mr Parkes for his outstanding representation. No doubt he will appreciate, as well as be encouraged by the time and trouble you took in writing your kind remarks.

Thank you for taking the time to write. We sincerely appreciate your thoughtfulness and your 50 years of loyalty to Harrods.

Cordially,

Dawson Parker
Human Resources Director

Dear Mr Parkes,

Thank you so much for entertaining us with some brilliant keyboard playing at our Christmas Luncheon yesterday.

Comments were all very complimentary - just the right choice of pieces and rhythms, pity we couldn't get up and dance as well! I hope you will be available again next year - will contact you as soon as we have arranged a date!

I have your card and will certainly recommend your services to anyone who is seeking a keyboardist of your fine quality. I hope you will be available for our lunch next year - will contact you as soon as we have arranged a date!

With all good wishes for Christmas and the New Year.

Yours sincerely,

Daphne Savage
Administration
